Impossible to get title deed

Hi, <br> <br> We have been struggling to attain the title deed for a property that was owned by my late aunt who had her bond through STND Bank. My grandmother was appointed her executor and for months now, she has been trying to attain the title deed from you to no avail. She always gets the run around and not only is this preventing her from wrapping up the estate but its just unfair treatment for an elderly woman.. <br> <br> I intervened a few months ago and got in touch with a Rejoice Mthembu who was seemingly helpful at first but has later been impossible to contact. I see no other alternative now except for complaining here. <br> Could you please advise on a way forward? <br> <br> Thanks <br>
