Immediate Payment Not Reflecting in Recipient's Account

I transferred to Capitec from Standard Bank and chose the IMMEDIATE PAYMENT option. The money is still not reflecting in the recipient's bank even after I paid the R50 fee for immediate payments. Is this a ****? Why even have the option if it does not work???

Still waiting a reply. More than 2 hours and the money is still not in the recipient's account. Just received this generic reply from Standard Bank. DO NOT EVER use the immediate payment option. It is a ****, does not work! Standard Bank charges you R50 for empty promises. They do not care about their customers. Just care about raking in money.

Still no reply from Standard Bank nor the money reflecting! This is ridiculous! I wonder how many people have fallen prey to paying R50 for immediate payment only to be duped??? Standard Bank is making millions this way and not rendering the service they promise!!!
