Immediate payment issue
Hi, I had in immediate payment done at 18:30 from Standard Bank to Capitec, it still hasn't reflected, 4 hours later.

10 Oct 2024, 07:54It's more than 12 hours later and the IMMEDIATE PAYMENT done is still not reflecting. It was don't at 18:30 last night. Your website says immediate payments can take up to 2 hours not more than 12 hours. Kindly attend to this because there's a reason we opted for the immediate payment option.
