Immediate payment does not work to companies or municipalities, I paid Ekurhuleni with immediate payment and they never got it, after months of fighting with SB, now it comes out that immediate payments dont work to municipalities, and no one has the money and cant be refunded. SB should not have that option available on internet banking if its not supported, and if Sb wants to copy FNB, they should test their systems better, now I have to accept that R4000 has to be written off
