Immediate payment costing R50 turned in to a cost of R279 just to get funds released to beneficiary!!
Joseph and Boitomelo at customer complaints, you are useless for lack of a better word.
I won't mention your consultant who put me on hold for 15 min without getting back to me just to release payment to my beneficiary. I paid R50 for funds to be released to my beneficiary at 6 am, 7 hours later I'm R229 on airtime trying to get funds released by standard bank consultant. This is some kind of joke... WOW guys, what about the recipient. The fact that I selected immediate payment means there is urgency. Your "immediate payment" product needs to be reviewed.
