IMMEDIATE INTERNET BANKING OPTION...

I have now been asking for almost a year when will the immediate internet payment option be available. Well, it is now available at R50 per transaction. However, when you try and use it, it says that function has been disabled for my safety. What the hell! I am logged and want to use, who are you to decided whether I may or not. You are still the only bank in SA who does not have this function. Please rectify the matter urgently.
