imcompetent staff

Clearly it is easy for a big bank like standard bank to bully its way around and treat poor customers like dirt. Even if you report a complaint *** the staff members still take it others side. i sent a mail to Mpho asking for assistance to make arrangements for my loan. The mail was read but he clearly did not give damn to respond knowing that they will just debit half of my salary on my pay day. and then they still come back and say that i did not make any arrangement but i did make an effort in contacting the bank.
