I'm writing to formally raise a concern regarding Charmaine Msibi and Phomello Mantje
I'm writing to formally raise a concern regarding Charmaine Msibi and Phomello Mantje. Their service is unsatisfying. Since from January 2026 they have been transferring half the Trust Fund payment for the children. The names are Khumo Makhele and Tsholofelo Makhele Case number 1677/19 Every month I must notify them and make a follow up. They don't respond and ignore my emails. 20 August 2026 he transferred half the payment and very late. Phomello always delay to transfer the money and he's always having excuses. Children suffer because of lack of ckmpetency
