Im unable to manage my Vehicle finance account because Standard Bank wont send me monthly statements and they dont want to help me with a Payment arrangement

I have been contacting Standard Bank Vehicle Finance for the past 3 months to get assistance for arrangements since I defaulted on my payments,to this day I didnt get any assistence.I also dont get my monthly statements to be able to see what I owe and how to further manage the account.When I called I would be sent to some external Collectors who dont want to assist instead they try to ask for exuberant amounts of money,whereas I told them that at the moment my business is financially unwell.they dont want to help
