I'm still waiting for my account to be closed Standard Bank

Standard Bank, I am really tired of running after you to close my cheque account. I keep visiting your branch in Sandton and every time, I am told that I can't close the account for an unknown reason. What more, the account is in overdraft now. So now to close it, I'll need to almost R700 because of your ***********, passing the buck attitude in your tellers or whatever you call them, I would wish bad on them if I could.

I have placed a complaint, I have called into the call centre but no one can answer me.

I requested this account be closed in July, now it's the end of September, still open with an overdraft of R700, which I refuse to pay!!!!!

I was something done regarding this issue ASAP. Basically this is theft, ****************.
