I'm still waiting for Letter of Authority so I can fix the problem
This is regarding the deceased estate for Nelly Thembi Dlangalala I.D *** who passed away July 2015 that still not settled Weve been referred to Marshall Street where a guy by the name of Lucky at the 5th floor Not interested He was very RUDE and never bothered helping up until today No Authority Letter has been issued Rates and Taxes not payed as someone is occupying the house
