I'm harrassed by Standard bank

Standard Bank is a nonsense bank, today I receive a call from MBD representing standard bank were they were unprofessional and rude. They **** about me for making arrangement on 17 January 2023 and by that time I was in ICU hospital and they don't want to listened to that recording they claim they have. I was not aware they are not debit and who stop them I don't know, now they are coming with nonsense. She want to force me to pay what she afford and don't want to give me a chance. She tried to threaten me and I told her I'm not scared for summons and court, is we're they will listen to my side. Std bank VAF is useless every month they contact me regarding the payment of the vehicle and I never even skipped on payment. I complaint about this harasment but still they continue to do that. I have 3years and 4 months paying the vehicle not even one missed payment. Guys please don't do any deal with standard bank, either credit or financing your car with them, they will make you feel is their car not yours. They are unprofessional those guys, they are skelems and it is not only me going through that. I complain to their complained department and they said they will resolve it but I'm still harrassed. I hate this bank wholeheartedly. I can't wait for the contract to end. Please guys don't do business with standard bank especially when you buy a car choose other banks they know business better than this useless bank that does not take people serious.
