Im done with starndard ban****!!!!

I didnt want to write the paragraph well i will write it since you been ignoring,i went lo standard bank Louis Tritchard bank on then 14th i stand in a lonh que to be told that the machines has only R20 imagine is month end but machines has only R20,I wanted to withdraw R5000,how can you withdraw R5000 with only R20 only not even R50,i was told to withdraw inside the bank which i asked if i wont be extra charged the reply was "no" to my suprise i was charged R137 standard bank you keep on dissapointing i've using this bank for more 15 yrs the service is not getting better but worse,every month i have complains i am tired of wasting my time making calls.
