im disappointed with Standard bank pension backed

Hello peter<br> <br> I would like to voice my disappointment with standard bank pension backed lending department. I app**** for a house deposit January and I was declined because I owed a credit card with STD Bank, which I didn't even had at a time and I lost the house and they ask me to go to their credit Berea to check my record so they would clear it for me and I was told its sorted. July I got another house I wanted so I app**** as I was cleared in January to my disgust and surprise I was declined due to credit card again. then I sent them paid up letter as request and I was told my process is in process and I waited and 4 weeks after nagging almost every week for feedback I was told I cant be helped as they don't work with my provident fund. what made me more angry the documents had the fund statement as early as 4weeks ago why they didn't know that because they would have save me for weeks of misery? im so disappointed with the way the treat people.
