I'm being ****** and threatened by this bank for paying my instalment early and paying R1550 extra.
I have a vehicle and asset finance account with this bank. I have always paid more than the instalment due on this account Last month I paid on the 25th because I was paid early now they are threatening me with legal action saying they paid the money to capital re-adjustment and not the instalment now I must pay the instalment immediately or legal action will be taken against me. If the money is redirected to an instalment they will reverse it from the capital. How because the capital only reduced by the amount I paid. SBSA you are frustrating me.
