I app**** for a personal revolving loan and completed forms to also include an insurance on the loan. This increased my monthly instalment by R143.00. The insurance was meant to cover instances when one is retrenched or passes away. To my surprise when I tried to claim after being retrenched, I was told that I didn't take insurance. I'm trying to get Standardbank to refund the money that they have been deducting from me back to the loan without any luck.
