A person **********ly applies for a loan using my profile. Instead of contacting me, they assume I'm the one who committed ***** (hard being black) and list me without informing me. I hard to find out myself why my capitec card wasn't working. After a few embarrassing moments. It's been a month. I want to be cleared as in now. The investigation is taking forever I need feedback
