******* debits on my standard bank account and bad service received from standard bank Kingsmead manager

I went to standard bank Kingsmead on the 22 August 2018 to do some reversal of pernalties that standard bank charged me for ******* transactions that went off my account. I was denied by the bank and I have lost some thousands already. I was told the matter was going to be investigated after I went to them for the same matter on the 14th of April 2018. I could not pay my bond due to these penalties I have been charged and they do not seem to care. All they care about is these benefits of charging me for unauthirised debit order. I feel i am being *****ed by the bank and I am considering of even changing to another bank. I tried to be loyal to the bank but now i think loyalty is not always working especially if you loosing your money.
