******* DEBIT ORDER

HELLO PETER, HELP! I noticed that Standard Bank debited my account for the total amount of R290.00 for April and May 2021 for BADGERADM NET ***. I don't know this company, never did any business with them and never signed any agreement for product or services with them or a Debit Order or agreed to pay or owe the monthly amount of R145.00 . I consider this deductions to be ******* and wish to request that Standard Bank stop the deductions IMMEDIATELY and CREDIT my account with R290.00 that was deducted to date. Standard Bank have NO right to institute debit orders against my account which I did not sign, aware of or informed them of. It seems any one can submit a Debit Order to Standard Bank and they just happy to proceed without the necessary confirmation from the account holder as long as they can pocket the monthly banking fees for the Debit Order Unfortunately the poor service of Standard Bank did not allow me to resolve this telephonic or at their local branch. PLEASE ACTION URGENTLY TO PREVENT ANOTHER ******* DEDUCTION FOR JUNE 2021
