******* debit order
Two weeks ago I received a couple of SMSs about approving a Telkom debit order, and I had no debit arrangement with Telkom, so I went to some standard bank container in Randburg Square, they call it a kiosk, and my reason going there was to get some assistance on more than one query with this one included. When I got there I started with this one and the lady was insisting that she was not able to assist me and whilst I was still talking to her on this matter, a guy in another desk rudely interjected, instructing me to ignore the SMSs and following up in his instruction he said if I don't approve the debit order nothing is going to happen, as I am speaking to you, I received some money earlier today for something else and when I went to utilize the money for what it was for my card was declined for insufficient funds and I was charged R8,50 for that, and when I checked my statement, there was a debit order of R149 from Telkom, I'd understand if this happened without me having made time to come to you guys, what makes it even worse is the treatment I was subjected to when I was at you kiosk, and now I am trying to reverse this debit order and it is not reflecting on the records of debit orders, which is disappointing because this money was for something else.....
