My account was DE*****ED in 2018. I brought this to your attention. Some ******* debit orders were reversed. Some were not and I lost a lot of money due to this uncouth activity. I also asked for this account to be cancelled and haven't used it since. 4 years later, to my dismay, I realize that the account is still active and has incurred unknown costs.
