Ignoring resolve

The complaint i posted on the 17th of December 2015 regarding not being issued a cheque account card from Standard bank. I received a phone call from David from standard Bank, that is all. <br> <br> No resolve or additional feedback, what is the point?<br> <br> I look forward to your response in due course.
