IGNORING OWN PROCEDURES AND PASSING THE BUCK

STD Bank policy states if you are out of country your credit card does not work?? My card has been cloned and used in LONDON while I was in SA???? Received no phone call from std bank after I phoned them to tell them this is *****. Now they send me an email that I have to get an affidavit from the police station and I have to claim from AIG otherwise I will lose my money!? WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR POLICY WHICH STATES THAT MY CREDIT CARD WILL NOT WORK OUT OF THE COUNTRY? THIS IS FLASE ADVERTISING/ FALSE PROMISES!!!!
