IGNORING HIGH COURT ORDER!!

After receiving our high court order over 2 years ago, and all debt written off, standard bank card DID NOT CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT. We app**** for a bond as my dad is sick, and we needed to buy a property big enough for them to stay with us. The application was submitted, it took 3 weeks, and after numerous time being told they will review the application they then declined as the card still reflected behind!! The court order was sent through the homeloans again, and letters from our lawyers last week again. We are standard bank prestige clients, with a very well managed account, and a good amount of money managed through there monthly, but still we got declined because of standardbank card!!We then got our homeloan through SA Homeloans, while our own bank did not grant us the bond, due to an account which was not closed and a court order ignored!!!I want to know who the account was with, who did not do their job and chose to ignore a high court order and not closing the account 2 years ago as this now flagged as behind!!We are now looking at moving our account to another bank. I WANT THIS CARD CLOSED BY COB MONDAY, AND IF IT IS NOT I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION! Pathetic actions from STD B
