Ignored Stop Payment Request!!!!
I requested a stop payment on my bank app. I was charged a service fee. Then Standard Bank went ahead and let the debit order go through!! Now it's showing Rtd No Funds, and charged me another service fee!!!! Useless!
Now you went ahead and let the debit through. It was automatically send back and you dare charge me R25!!!!
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE APP?????
PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT AND CHANGE AS NO AUTHORITY TO DEBIT!!!
I WILL REPORT THIS ON HELLO PETER! I've got all the proof on my side!!!!!!!!!!
