I would give them 0 stars if I could. Contacted Standard Bank in hopes they could assist me with a bond for a house I wanted to purchase. I was sent from department to department with 0 help. Eventually I was promised that a consultant would phone me back which I am still waiting for. I have now gone with ABSA as SB service was so terrible.

Recently I tried to contact Standard Bank for assistance with a travel wallet. Same story as before. Spoke to a consultant who knew nothing of their products available for SB customers.
