I am a business client of Standard Bank. On inception, I was given a banker who was later changed to some Aphiwe person who has never bothered to contact me. I have been to the Kenilworth and Century City branches nothing. Spent hours on the phone, nothing. Instead I have been asked to forward proof of payments for funds that I would like to pay. Mind you, this is an attorneys trust account. Utter *******.
