If they owe you its ok, but dont you owe them 5c

This is the 4th complaint regarding the same issue and still nothing was done!!! With the last complaint i was told to send a email to a certain email address. I did that and still NOTHING! My problem was as follows: I paid money via EFT on 27 April and then a few days later. Those payments only came through about 10 days later. Part of my complaint was also that i paid somebody from this same account and the payment was successful, but i was given the incorrect account number so now this money is somewhere in the air! I phoned the contact center! I emailed you guys! I left complaints on hellopeter, but still NOTHING! Come on Standard Bank! Where is my money! I am not sending you another email so dont reply to this complaint with your standard message! Contact me via email or phone! If you cant reach me on my cell THEN YOU EMAIL ME! I want this sorted out!
