If service was a credit score _ Standard Bank should be downgraded to a 0/1000

I Paid up my Std Bank Account in Jan 2023, I received my paid up letter in Feb 2023. To the end of Mach I noticed that Std Bank had not updated my credit records with Experian. I disputed this and eventually, again through a hellopeter review only then did they fix the records_ noting this impacted my credit score. Because it showed I still had an outstanding balance. I received communication the account was closed and paid up to date. This was last month April. Fast forward May 2023_ I did a check on my credit report with Experian only to discover that Std Bank has reported to the bureau that I missed a payment in March 2023. How was this possible when I paid the account and settled in Jan 2023. Here I find myself again writing a review because after lodging the dispute with both Experian and Standard Bank, I received an email from Std Bank to say the matter has been resolved and some one will call me, well someone has not called me to provide an update and calling the customer care centre was a night mare no one knew what I was talking about. So to this moment I do not know what the outcome is of the dispute. If I ever have to deal with Std Bank again after this it will be a moment too soon. The entire experience I had with Std Bank has been nothing but terrible. All I ask is that my Credit report be updated to show I have not missed any payments this year 2023 with Std Bank because of the FACT the account was settled in Jan 2023. Please fix my report urgently. PLEASE !
