If it takes me over an hour to just open an Acc

I wonder if it takes over an hour Just to open an account then how much time will it cost me to Just do business with you. I went there at 14h14 waiting for my name to be called when i was told i was I am the 4th person on the queue, I honestly regret ever coming to try and open an account with you.
