Uts weeks and months since standard bank abuses my bank account and refuse to even take any sort of accountability to resolve the problem

Insurance company together with standard bank over charge my settlement and on top of that standard bank refuses to close the account so instead my account keeps being debited ss if I had a shortfall on the when all the amount they requested was paid and an even higher settlement than what was send to me!
