If I could rate a 0 I would!

This bank sucks! I moved my whole account to another bank because I've been unhappy with them and their services.

Unfortunately my vehicle finance is with them (a decision I greatly regret). They call me to confirm if I have insurance on the vehicle. I inform them I do via STANDARD BANK INSURANCE Brokers with Hollard. The woman tells me she'll confirm with that division and we end the call.

Same people call me for the same thing, spamming me. Then I get an email today telling me another insurance contract has been opened via them with Hollard. I already have cover via them with Hollard!!!!

Why their systems don't talk to each other is a damn mess!

Go to another bank don't use Standard Bank, it will bring you headaches.
