If Credit check was done it could have saved us of all the fuss

I app**** for a cellphone on standard bank mobile ( and other retailers like Mondi and vodacom) my application was denied because of the judgment of FNB , with the same profile the same bank that rejected my cellphone application offered me a loan of R200 000 and a credit card . I app**** for a car finance other institutions ( Wesbank, MfC and Absa ) rejected saying that I should consult FNB first and fix my profile and the affordability , Standard Bank offered to finance me with a higher interest rate of 19+ . I paid the car ,the loan and credit card even when I was pulling hard ,been with left R3 000 to feed the family of 9 .until I lost my job. Now I am treated like a piece of an old cloth . I understand that the Bank should have at least did credit check it would have assisted me and the bank of all the fuss.I was expecting a friendly call
