Idiocy beyond belief
I do not have an Account with Standard Bank. I do not have a profile with Standard Bank. I'm receiving collection notices addressed to my residential address for someone else.
Standard Bank can't change this because they can't access my account in their system. The account I do not have with them. They can't move forward in any way because I would need an account with them to allow them to collect from someone entirely unrelated.
The levels of stupidity on display are astounding.
