I wish this bank didn't exist

The entire cool website is just a pretty front for a ****ty back. I wanted to open a new business account. I was not allowed to do it online.

Then, for the directors I was requested for a business permit. The other banks don;t have this requirement. Nowhere does it say that a South African company's director needs to have a business permit. As a result my application cannot proceed.
