I will not open an account for my dog at Standard bank

Pathetic service! No wonder standard bank is closing branches! They never walk the extra mile. I had a default on my account and made telephonically an arrangement and authorized the bank to deduct R2000 from my account by month end, which they never did. My bank accounts were not linked and it's difficult for me with a crying baby to stand in long quest, which I had to do after several phone calls and many emails to different people, the mere R2000 remained outstanding. Afterwards I found out these *********** workers did not even make notes on the system about my arrangements. Three different contact people didn't even bother to reply on my 20 something emails! These guys don't deserve a job, because they are just there to collect a salary, no pride is demonstrated in their work. Now they have taken away my Ucount awards!!! It's unheard of!!! I am fuming! I have paid the money 3weeks ago and my standing debit arrangement is for the 7th only! Because they didn't receive the money on the 1st,they have taken away almost R500 from me. STANDARD BANK, YOU ARE PATHETIC!! YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE ****! NO WONDER YOU ARE LAYING OFF PEOPLE, POOR TRAINING AND TOTALLY CLUELESS WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. No arrangements for the elderly, people with disabilities or people with babies.. We stand in long cues, sort out the problem, which personell could not do in a month and still you get penalized. I will not open an account for my dog at Standard bank!
