I will call you back never happened - useless Mpho

Their customer service dont grow up to do their work, even though the company has closed so many branches! I phoned and I was assisted by Mpho asking her to review my car insurance subscription as my car's book value is going down every year, she promised to call me back aftet she has spoken to their under writer Hollard. To date she hasnt call me back and my monthly debit is still the same, i spoke to her on the 4th August 2919, Useless and forgetful service co-ordinator. Please assist tnx
