I went to the branch to cancel my funeral insurance on the 15 january 2015 I went again on the 15 feb they confirmed that they were cancelled but all to find out they are not since february till june the insurance debited thou I went my self personal to cancel them I went there again I have been pushed from pillar to post even thou I have the proof of cancelization please assist
