I was treated like a "Black Card" customer :-)

I went to make a deposit at a standard bank ATM and as I was busy fixing my rejected notes my money was retracted, I quickly walked into the branch and found a lady by the name of Miss Dineo, she was amazing, she apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that she will log a query immediately and I should expect an sms with the reference number and the matter will be resolved, and the funds that were being deposited will automatically be put into the right account.
