I was falsely billed by the bank

My card was recently swallowed by a Standard bank atm. I went to get a replacement card and they charged me R160 for the card whereas i am not at faulty it was because of their faulty atm. To my knowledge if it was their atm's fault i am not to be charged.I am disappointed!!
