I WANT THE WRITTEN OFF STATUS REMOVED FROM MY NAME

This the fourth time I log a query on this matter. I kept on receiving phone calls monthly for a debit order that went successfully.

Today I finally got an opportunity to get inside one of your branches and to my surprise my stament shows that the debit for March 2021 did not go off and I have proof that it did went off.

I was actually wondering why the debit for April 2021 did not go off and I discover that the debt is written off...and I Am not even informed of it and why?

The consultant at the brach decided we call the so called customer care and the guy I spoke to doesn't know why the debt is written off. How ***********.

I am unable to apply for anything because of this written off status reflecting on my name for the errors that happen on your side.

I want this written off status removed from my name.

Please Note that this matter as been Escalated to the Ombudsman.

I can't be logging queries for the same issue and get the worst results.

I will be send an email to the CEO of the bank as well.

I AM ****ED OFF‼️
