i want my title deed

My mom had a home loan and passed away in October 2014. Her insurance settled the home loan but now i need the tittle deed to the house and the surityship agreement. i have been requesting these documents from standard bank since October 2014 but have had no success. i have been told to request it from numerous people from standard bank including Duduzile Zulu and Devenshee Naidoo who have provided me with a number for someone called Shirly. i called the number but there is constantly no answer. this is causing me sleepless nights and unnecessary stress because i dont even know if i might get evicted in the middle of the night. this has also affected my health negatively. i am disgusted and frustrated in the manner that standard bank has handled the issue. this is simple the house has been paid up and now provide me with the tittle-deed and surityship agreement.
