I want my refund

I’ve been calling Standard Bank for the whole week now and even wrote here on hello Peter and they said they will call me back till today they haven’t called me back! Standard Bank really doesn’t care about the customers… everything is on emails and an agreement was made… I want my refund back! I won’t stop until you give me my money back… I want my money back.
