I want my money

My cheque account was *****ed on the 01/08/2015 and the bank says they wont pay me. I went to do shopping on the 01/08/15 at Picadilly in Lenasia then came back to Jabulani mall Nandos, I bought food there and that was the last time i used my card. On sunday the 02/08/2015 from church around 4:00pm I went to Jabulani to withdraw money and when I got there mu R400.00 was gone, printed a statement as I didnt even receive a notification of that amount being withdrawn, on the statement it showed that the R400.00 was withdrawn the very same day and on that machine. I called STD bank on monday the 03/08/2015 and they were offline nationally, so I called again on the next day 04/08/2015- explained what happened and was transfered to ***** and I spoke to them, they said they will deactivate my card and will redo a new one and that the case will be investigated. On the 11/08/2015 I got a call from one of their agent and he told me that their outcome of the investigation is the bank wont refund me as my original card was used to withdraw money on the 01/08/2015 at 20:14 at night. Told him that was imposible as i was home sleeping that time. They wont even send the outcome in writing. Want my
