I want feedback please - not a wrong answer

I brought the following to Standard Bank's attention \Overberg 61 was sold on auction for I believe R760000. I sent Standard Bank the financial statements showing that for Overberg 61 levies were overpaid by R97011. I believe that the overpayment for the levies may have come from the R760000 that the property was sold for. In my view the Body Corporate was overpaid
