i tried calking them with no luck

I deposited R900 on the 31 of last month for unisa account at umlazi mega city till today the money is not reflecting. I went on the internet to check the number for umlazi branch. The number directed me to the main call center at standard bank and i waited online for long till they directed to general banch where i was directed to general branch before they directed me to umlazi where the phone was not answared till i dropped it. Now i dont know how to contact them because there is no direct number for umlazi on the website.i can access my result and register because of that mistake
