I took out a Revolving Loan with Standard bank

I took out this Revolving Loan with Standard bank on Wednsday and was told that I would receive payment on Friday I am still waiting and I have been phoning them since Friday for answers to when the money will be paid out I have heard many different stories and still no answers they have taken my number and told me I would be phoned back by a manager as the manager will be following up this is seriously bad I was told that doing an application in the bank will be the best option in the future I waited 2 weeks on my previous loan to be paid out and that they did in one hour after I said that I don't want this money anymore, and I was told it was not possible as I already agreed, but I then spoke to a manager and the funds where released in an hour, now I am having the same problem the funds are still not paid out and I need to go fetch my car but I cannot why do one then do this if they don't care about service to their clients, I have seen other reports on this site with the same problems , why is the lone approved if you wait so long for the funds to be released.
