I just spent 39 minutes of my life, talking to the most pleasant agent on God's green earth.<br> <br> Magauta could not assist me, but spent 39 minutes on the phone with me, and called me back, in a bid to get me the help I failed to get over 2 days.<br> <br> Magauta, here are the marvellous things you did:<br> 1. You listened, empathised and mirrored.<br> 2. You were honest, frank and reassuring.<br> 3. You displayed that my issue was as important to you as it was to me.<br> 4. You cared that I was upset, you cared that I didn't want to be transferred. <br> 5. You laughed at my pathetic attempts at wit and reacted accordingly when I sighed.<br> 6. You didn't hang up on me<br> <br> You are wonderful and should be dealing with the bank's bread winning clients, you should be giving talks on customer services, you should be lauded and applauded. <br> <br> Hoping your support areas don't let you down and my query get's resolved.
