I think I choose a wrong bank

I have been trying to get finance on a new vehicle for my business since last week and no one works at this bank. I have emailed the lady that opened my account last year and she doesn't not respond to emails. I have tried to do online application and their online doesn't work. I have tried calling them on 0860 number and the consultant will say we will put you through but all you do is listening to the stupid music until the phone cuts. Does anyone know if there are people working at this bank or they just don't know what they are doing. I'm giving them until tomorrow and im moving my account.
