I requested a quotation for a fixed interest rate on my home loan on 31 May 2022 (Ref ***) and was told that someone would contact me within 7 - 10 business days. On the 23rd June, 2022, I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent an e-mail to follow up, as calling them takes all your airtime!! I received a response in which I was told that someone would contact me within 24hrs aswell as a whole lot of information regarding 'self help services' On the 28th June, I still hadn't heard anything and sent another follow-up e-mail. To date, NO RESPONSE 😡😡😡 Regards Charmaine Engelbrecht
